In today’s market more and more sellers see the wisdom of having an inspection done on their home before it goes on the market. Here are some of the reasons:

  • As the seller, you will know what the buyer’s inspection findings will be. You will be able to do something about these findings in advance.
  • You have the option of fixing certain items or disclosing them to the buyer. Either way, you reduce or eliminate the possibility of a second round of negotiations that often come up because of the buyer’s inspection.
  • Sometimes defects that could easily have been dealt with in advance by the seller permanently derail the transaction. For example, oil tanks, asbestos, mold, basement water issues.
  • At the time of the seller’s inspection, you will receive a verbal summary, on-site. Our photographic inspection report is easy to read and understand. It will be delivered via e-mail to you within 24 hours of the inspection.
