The windows and doors are inspected for functionality, safety, caulking and general condition.

Wood Destroying Insects

A full inspection of the property is completed for wood destroying insects including Termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, and powder post beetles.

Chimney

The crown, foundation flashing and bricks of the chimney are inspected for cracks or damage. 

Gutters

Gutters are checked for proper water diversion and slope.

Brick, Stone and Concrete

A thorough inspection of the walkways, driveways, patios, deck footings and steps is completed.

Grading and yard 

Proper grading, water diversion and general condition of the yard is included.

Siding and Wood 

We inspect the siding and trim for any damage, openings or repairs. The exterior wood is inspected for rot or age.
