Position Overview:
We are looking for part-time home inspectors responsible for performing the best home inspections possible and creating state-of-the-art high-quality photographic home inspection reports following standards promulgated by Safe Harbor Inspections Inc, New York State and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). We are looking for individuals with a clean and neat appearance, who display a high degree of initiative, determination resourcefulness and an exceptional focus on accuracy. A high degree of computer experience and ability is also needed. A New York State home inspector license and previous experience are required.

Position Status:
This is a part-time position. You will attend 10 to 20 Safe Harbor Inspections and learn our protocol and systems. You will train by doing inspections and reports under supervision. Once trained, you’re available weekly hours will be set in an online calendar and you will be booked for inspections as needed.

  • Current Home Inspector license required
